Fees, Travel & Payment

I provide reliable and professional mobile notary services throughout Washington State and the surrounding communities.

Washington State notary fees are charged in accordance with state law. Mobile travel fees are based on your location and are quoted in advance, so there are no surprises.

Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, I accept multiple forms of payment.

Notary fees begin at $15 per notarial act. Mobile travel fees start at $25 and increase based on travel distance. Additional services, including waiting time, printing, scan-backs, after-hours appointments, and holiday appointments, are available at clearly established rates.

Before your appointment, please have a valid government-issued photo ID and your documents completed and ready for notarization. Do not sign your documents until instructed to do so by the notary.
