Services

Cute Pixels Studio provides professional graphic design, English-Spanish interpretation, document translation, and Washington State mobile notary services. Service availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.

Quotes & Payments

Quotes are provided based on the scope of each project or service requested. Additional work requested after a project begins may require a revised quote. Payment terms will be provided before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complete project details, and any materials necessary to perform the requested service. Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

For notary services, all signers must be physically present and provide valid government-issued photo identification as required by Washington State law.

Intellectual Property

Graphic design work remains the property of Cute Pixels Studio until payment has been received in full. Upon final payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed upon in writing.

Translation & Interpretation

Cute Pixels Studio strives to provide accurate, professional language services. Interpretation and translation services are performed to the best of the interpreter’s or translator’s professional ability and are intended to facilitate communication. They should not be considered legal advice or legal representation.

Limitation of Liability

Cute Pixels Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Privacy

Any information shared with Cute Pixels Studio is treated with professionalism and confidentiality and is used only for providing the requested services.
