Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: Cute Pixels Studio provides graphic design, motion design, illustration, print services, notary public, and Spanish interpretation services as agreed upon by Patty Pixels and the client.

2. Payment Terms: Projects may be billed on an hourly or flat-rate basis, determined by the complexity and scope of the project. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

3. Project Delivery: Delivery timelines will be estimated based on the project scope discussed with the client. Deadlines are approximate and subject to change based on project revisions or delays beyond the control of Cute Pixels Studio.

4. Revisions: Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

5. Cancellation Policy: If a project is canceled by the client, any work already completed must be paid for on a prorated basis. Cancellation must be communicated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to use the final designs as agreed. All original artwork and intellectual property rights remain with Cute Pixels Studio until payment is made in full.

7. Confidentiality: All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared without the client’s explicit consent.

8. Liability: Cute Pixels Studio will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of any service provided.

9. Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cute Pixels Studio from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use of provided services.

10. Notary and Interpretation Services: These services are subject to state laws and regulations. Appropriate identification is required for notarial acts, and interpretation services are provided following ethical standards.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Cute Pixels Studio operates.

By commissioning services from Cute Pixels Studio, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
